We believe in the artistry of handmade food. Every morning, fresh vegetables arrive at our kitchen, where our team crafts homemade sauces and prepares delicate filo pastry for our signature pies. This dedication to detail ensures every dish is infused with care and authenticity.

Zero Waste Philosophy – Closing the Loop
Sustainability is at the heart of our operations. Leftovers from each dish are carefully sorted and transported to our farm, where they are composted or used to feed our chickens, donkeys, and dogs. This zero-waste approach ensures we remain deeply connected to the land and reduce our environmental impact.

Supporting Local Communities
Beyond our partnership with local producers, our team is composed almost entirely of individuals from the Paleros area. Their passion for Acarnanian traditions and hospitality breathes life into our farm and restaurant, creating a warm and welcoming environment for every guest.
